A Unique Opportunity for You to Spend 2 Full  Days
Learning Directly from Dr Jim Kirkpatrick

Following a successful trip to the UK in November 2011 Jim Kirkpatrick is coming back in March to deliver his World Famous Kirkpatrick Four Levels™ Evaluation Certification Programme to just 30 L&D and HR Professionals in the UK.

If you act quickly you can be one of the 30 HR and L&D professionals who get to learn how to effectively embed the Kirkpatrick methodology within your organisation directly from Dr Jim Kirkpatrick.

About the Programme

The Kirkpatrick Model comprises the foremost evaluation methodology in the world. In this course you will learn directly from the Kirkpatricks the true and correct methodology and apply it your own program to maximise the business results. This programme is limited to a Maximum of 30 participants to ensure you receive personalised attention and the opportunity to participate.

During this programme you learn the four levels, receive a participant manual filled with examples and templates that you may borrow and adapt to build your own tools, and gain a complete understanding of what each level measures.

You also explore the reasons why evaluation is critical to training success and hear case studies and success stories from companies that have used the model effectively. You will learn the Kirkpatrick Decision-Making Model to help you to allocate training resources effectively.

A unique feature of this programme is the exploration of how to ensure that what is learned transfers to on-the-job behaviors. You learn why training alone is not enough, and receive guidance to make sure that what you teach actually gets used on the job.

You receive a grade and personalised comments for your own evaluation plan you submit at the end of the programme to become certified.

See the programme brochure here.
